Scott Memorial Scholarship Fund 03/31/2010 $2,500 As an eligibility guideline, the chairman wishes to emphasize that the selection process of these scholarships is based primarily on a "need" basis. The process involves four means of evaluation. They are (1) need, (2) academics, (3) community services, and (4) writing skill. These four categories are allocated points from a total of 100.
