Guajome Schools uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH PARENTSQUARE:

Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification
Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once at 6pm daily
Communicate in your preferred language
Comment on school postings to engage in your school community
Direct message teachers and staff
Participate in group messages
Sign up for parent-teacher conferences with smart online technology
Send payments, sign forms & permission slips, sign up to volunteer and more all from your phone or web portal

Getting started

1. Activate your ParentSquare Account! Parents new to Guajome will receive an email from Guajome Schools with an invitation to activate your account before the start of the new school year, or you can go directly to ParentSquare and log in using the email and phone number on file with Guajome. Click "forgot password" to receive an email to reset your password.

2. Download the free App! A few of the things you can do on the app:

View Posts - news and happenings in the class, grade, school, or groups
Events - look at the school calendar and save events on your phone
Photos - easily view and download class and school photos
Participate - volunteer for events, sign-up to bring an item, or fill out a form
Communicate - message with staff or your classroom teacher
