Mandatory Registration for Returning Students
⇒All Students Must Re-Register Each Year
To secure your returning student(s) enrollment at Guajome, parents must re-register their student(s) by completing the Data Confirmation on the Aeries Parent Portal.
HOW TO REGISTER:
Log in to your Aeries Parent Portal during the registration window to complete all steps of the mandatory Data Confirmation/Registration Process for each of your returning students. Each of your students will be listed in the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
If you forgot your Aeries login information, first try your email address and click "forgot password" to receive an email to reset your password. If you require additional assistance logging in to the portal, email helpdesk@guajome.net.
HOW DO I KNOW THE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE?
Aeries will automatically prompt you to complete Data Confirmation and will not allow you to navigate anywhere on your student's account in the portal if the process is not complete. Once you are able to freely navigate in the portal on your student's page, your data confirmation/registration is complete for that student. Remember to go through the steps for each of your students.
