Team Communications

ParentSquare for Athletics

If your student's Athletic team is using ParentSquare for Communications, please follow the instructions below:

Instructions for Parents:

  • Activate your ParentSquare account with Guajome Schools! If you are new to ParentSquare and need to request an activation email, please contact Amber Lloyd at    lloydam@guajome.net or visit the main office. Please be sure to provide your current phone number, email address, and your student’s name. Parents must each have a separate phone number and email address on file to activate an account. 

 

  • Download the FREE ParentSquare app on your mobile device. (IOS or Android) Use the same username and login that you used to activate your account. 

 

  • Receive Text Messages from your Team: Update your Notification Settings. This can be done on your desktop or mobile device.

From your desktop:

-Click on your name in the upper right hand corner and select My Account.

-Next, under the Post Notification Setting, click on Change this. Select how you would like to receive notifications, by email, text, and app notifications. 

-Add or edit your phone number by selecting My Account, then the Edit button. Remember to click SAVE when finished. 

 

From your mobile device:

-Open the ParentSquare app and select Account, select Preferences, then Notification Settings and check the box for text, email and app notifications. 

 

  • If you would like to receive app notifications on your mobile device for team messages, go to the Settings function on your mobile device, find the ParentSquare app, and enable Allow Notifications.

 

  • ParentSquare allows users to get posts in a different language. If you’d like to change your language preference for school communications, please contact the main office or email Amber Lloyd at lloydam@guajome.net.

 

  • Please note: Team posts and replies to posts are viewable to the group. You can send a message to just one or more users by selecting Messages.
