Re-Enrollment for Current Students

2020-2021 Registration for Returning Students

Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Process. Online registration opens February 24, 2020.

All returning students are required to complete the online registration process prior to turning in their registration paperwork to the office.   Students will not be able to register for their classes without first completing the online registration. To access online registration, log into your AERIES Parent Portal Account.

  • Did you forget your Parent Portal password?  Please click on Forgot Password on the Parent Portal screen to reset your password. Passwords do not have to be changed.
  • If you do not have a Parent Portal Account or need assistance accessing your account, please contact the Guajome office at 760-631-8500.

Once logged into the parent portal, select “Change Student” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select the student you wish to register.  If your student will be entering 6th or 9th grade next year, please make sure you select “Pre-Enrolled.” 

After you have selected the student you wish to register, click on “Student Info” in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Select Data Confirmation from the drop-down menu to begin the registration process. 

Step 2: Review the 20-21 Forms & Documents

Step 3: Turn in the following forms to the main office or Counseling Office - FEBRUARY 24th-MARCH 13th 

Monday-Thursday from 7:40 am-3:30 p.m., Friday from 7:40 am-2:00 p.m.  

  • Completed Signature Page 
  • Completed LCFF Form
  • Completed Student Residency Form 
  • Signed Course Request Form (6th -12th grade students) 


Failure to complete all steps of the Registration Process will delay your enrollment in classes and may jeopardize your enrollment at Guajome Schools.
