Students' class schedules will be available at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 7, 2026, through the Aeries Portal.

On the first day of school, Monday, August 10, students may also pick up a printed copy of their schedule in the Lower Quad.

Chromebooks will be issued to students during the first week of school. After Chromebooks are distributed, students can visit the Tech Department before school, during lunch, and after school for additional assistance with their devices. 

All parents and students are required to acknowledge Guajome's Chromebook Policy and repair/replacement fees.

Chromebook Agreement
 

Minimal supplies are recommended for middle and high school students at the start of the school year. Students will receive their school issued Chromebooks and learn from their individual teachers what supplies are essential for the school year during their first week. Useful supplies for the first week include notebooks, pens and pencils, and earbuds for quiet Chromebook use. 

Students in grades 6-12 will take their school pictures during the school day on Wednesday, August 26th. Information to order school pictures is available online at shop.jostenspix.com.

Make-up Picture Day (K-12): Tuesday, October 6th

Students are required to dress out for PE. During the first week of school, PE teachers will review the PE dress requirements, and the school will provide students with the required PE attire.

If your student is planning to participate in middle school or high school sports, Athletic Clearance & Registration is required. Please visit the Guajome Athletics page of our website for athletic forms and registration information. 

Information on ordering 26/27 yearbook orders will be shared through the student and parent bulletins after the start of school. Guajome Park Academy yearbooks can be purchased online at www.jostens.com. Order early for the best price!

Student permits are required to park on campus. Permit applications are available in the Main Office. 

Students wishing to ride an e-bike to school must have a GPA Ride Protocol Acknowledgment Form completed by a parent/guardian. Families must review the campus e-bike requirements and submit the completed form to the Main Office before students may ride an e-bike to school.

Will your child need medication at school during the 2025/2026 school year?

We are happy to assist your child with any medicines they may need to take at school.  The following guidelines are: 

1.    We must have a physician’s authorization detailing the amount of the medication, the method, and time schedules by which the medication is to be taken. 

2.    We must have the parent/guardian’s signature on a GPA medical authorization form which you can pick up in the health office or print from the GPA website (Guajome.net – Parents/Health section.)   

3.    This includes ALL medications (prescription, over-the-counter, and vitamin and herbal preparations.)

4.    Physician and parent authorizations must be updated annually, or more frequently if there is any change in the medication, dosage, or time schedule.

5.    The medication is to be in the original container.  If it is a prescription, it must have a current prescription label with the child’s name on it.

6.    A designated adult is to bring the medication to the health office at school.  

School staff are not able to administer any medications without the written authorization of both the physician and the parent.  Please do not bring in any medication until these authorizations have been completed.

At the end of the school year, parents are asked to pick up all medications. Medications left more than one week after the school year ends will be discarded.
